Kid Winter is an 18-year-old artist from Oak Park, Illinois just walking distance from the Westside of Chicago.

His stage name came naturally as he has a baby face and his personality and swag have always been described as cool and fresh, ‘Kid Winter’.
He was first introduced to music by his father and has been actively recording for 2 years. Music has always served as a release for Kid Winter as a mechanism to stay calm in the midst of an emotional storm.
Kid Winter credits the likes of Chicago heavyweights, Kanye West, Lil Durk & G Herbo as his main influences as their music is a representation of their actual lives and sparks an emotional connection within their listeners.
Kid Winter previously released an EP last year titled, ‘Dreams, Pain, & Artwork .5’ which he recorded shortly after graduating High School. Now he is back with the release of a new EP titled, ‘Sour Patch Kid’, inspired by his favorite candy, Sour Patch Kids.

The title also is a metaphor to describe peoples first thoughts of Kid Winter. Some people initially describe him as distant but once they get to know him, his vibrant personality is infectious.

Having experienced both sides of Chicago, Kid Winter wishes to bridge the gap and get people to understand that violence is everywhere but so are good people. “Its cool to be yourself, do what you think is right and have fun doing it”.

Lil Mikey TMB Gets It Poppin In New Visual [Shot In Miami]

Lil Mikey TMB just released the official music video to his single "Get It Poppin" which appears on his latest mixtape, 'Truth Be Told' hosted by DJ Scream.
Meet Lil Mikey TMB:
Lil Mikey TMB, short for The Money Boy, is an artist from East Oakland, California born and raised on 96 and Cherry St. to be exact. Music has always been in Mikey’s DNA as his uncle Money-B was a part of the legendary funk and rap group, Digital Underground.

10 years ago, Lil Mikey wouldn’t have believed that he would have a career in music as he was heavily involved in the street life, selling dope and living recklessly. After losing close friends, being shot a total of 5 times on 3 different occasions by the age of 23, and waking up from a coma after 3 weeks, Lil Mikey realized it was time to change and relocated to Vegas.

While in Vegas, Lil Mikey reconnected with his current management and longtime acquaintance, Champagne Elite Music Group who flew Mikey to Miami to be around his label at the time, Foreign Gang. Mikey observed the priority artists and the lifestyle. He survived a rigorous year long artist development and perfected the art of hyping a crowd, similar to Tupac and Digital Underground.

Foreign Gang soon demised but Lil Mikey furthered his relationship with Champagne Elite Music Group as they shared the same vision. There was no turning back to the streets or prison and Lil Mikey credits Lil Wayne and the Hot Boyz as his main influences. Mikey is hoping to create a lasting legacy and motivate young people who can identify with him to get money live better and think outside of the world they live.

Lil Mikey released his first official single “Crack Spot” in 2016 which caught the attention of Hoodrich’s, DJ Scream. DJ Scream later connected Mikey with 21 Savage and Hoodrich Pablo Juan who both appeared on his debut mixtape, ‘Eastside Nino’.

‘Eastside Nino’ was released 2016 hosted by DJ Scream and featured Trouble, Nef the Pharaoh, Mr Fab, Mishon, and Philthy Rich.

Lil Mikey has since appeared on major publications such as Sway In The Morning, VLAD TV,  ThisIs50 and The Progress Report and he just released his second mixtape, ‘Truth Be Told’ hosted by DJ Scream. The project released February 16th and will features a verse from Tracy T and melodies from Jasmin Cadavid.

Who is Scotty Music?

Byron Scott Dorris, better known by his stage name, Scotty Music is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer from Joliet, Illinois, 45 miles away from Chicago.

Violence and gang activity was prevalent in the city but Scotty’s parents kept him in the church where he began playing the drums and other instruments in the choir.
Scotty comes from a musically rich background as his mother, Lisa McFarland is a singer-songwriter, his father, Timothy Dorris Sr. is a multi-talented musician, his older brother, Brandon Dorris is a vocalist and his uncle, Timothy Johnson is a vocalist and vocal coach who gave Scotty his stage name.
At age 14, Scotty met 2 brothers, Chris & Curtis Greenwood who had their own studio and he learned the basic formula for creating and mixing tracks. Sylvester Harper connected Scotty to his long time and friend producer Earl Powell who eventually signed Scotty to his production company, Eptone. Scotty later signed a co-publishing deal with Warner/Chappell with Mike Lynn and Cameron Strang in 2011.
Ever since Scotty has been perfecting his craft and has worked and produced with the likes of Rick Ross, Do or Die, Syleena Johnson, Tweet and is featured on Twista’s latest single, “Paper Chaser” along with Blac Youngsta.
